🌿How does the post-order process work?

After receiving your order, we will contact you if there is any missing information in your details. The reason the order preparation time is approximately 35 days is due to the long waiting list. Therefore, processing will not begin immediately after you place your order. We start processing, packaging, and shipping your order to your address around the 30th day.

💕Regarding Delivery Time:

Our average delivery time is 35 days. This time may vary by +/- 5 days depending on the workload. Holidays and public holidays are not included. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill priority requests. To avoid inconvenience, you should place your order at least 2 months before the due date.

💡 Points to Note:

• Wash the garments inside out at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
• Do not dry in a tumble dryer.
• Liquid detergent should be used for the first wash, and the wash should be done on the standard cotton cycle for the specified time.
• Do not use bleach or whitening agents on colored fabrics.
• Do not leave the fabric in the washing machine after the washing cycle is complete.
• Never fill the machine completely.
• To easily remove wrinkles when ironing, iron the garment slightly damp, first the back side, then the front side, using the cotton setting.
