Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period:
You can exercise your legal right to withdraw from the purchase and request a return or exchange within 14 days of the product delivery date.
Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.

The product must be undamaged and must not have been used in a way that compromises hygiene.

Once your return request is approved and the product reaches us, your refund will be processed within 14 days following an inspection.

For returns other than those due to company error (wrong product, defective product, etc.), the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges for Personalized Products:

Personalized products (such as those with embroidered names, or custom-made items based on size or color preferences) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Since these products are manufactured specifically to meet customer demand, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Consumer Rights Regulation .

However, in the event of a manufacturing or shipping error (e.g., incorrect name embroidery, wrong size, or defective product), a return/exchange will be accepted, and all shipping costs will be covered by our company.
Returns on Ready-Made (Unpersonalized) Products:

For ready-made products other than custom-made items (e.g., standard sizes, items without personalized names or color preferences), returns are accepted within 14 days.

The product must be delivered to us unused, in its original packaging, and complete.
Terms and Conditions for Change:

Exchange requests can also be made within 14 days of the product delivery date.

Depending on stock availability, the item may be exchanged for a product of the same or similar value.

Except for company errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
