At La Lumiere Bebe Maison, all our products are carefully prepared and often custom-made to order .
Therefore, delivery time may vary depending on the type of product and production volume.

Production and Delivery Times

  • For ready-made products: Products are shipped within 3-7 business days.

  • For personalized products: Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product.

    • For small personal items like jewelry pillows , the average delivery time is 10–14 days .

    • For pique bedding sets and larger textile products , the production time is 25-30 days .

  • The production time is separately indicated in the description section of each product.

  • Products are shipped within the timeframes specified in the product description.

Shipping Process

  • All shipments are made via Yurtiçi Kargo .

  • Shipping delivery times:

    • Within Istanbul: 1-2 business days

    • Outside Istanbul: 2–4 business days

  • Your tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fee

  • For deliveries within Turkey, shipping is free for orders above a certain amount.

  • Except for free shipping promotions, shipping costs are displayed on the shopping cart screen during the ordering process.

  • International shipments: Pricing will vary depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the package.

Damaged or Incomplete Product Delivery

Please be sure to check your package upon delivery.
If the delivery package is damaged or any items are missing, you must have a damage report drawn up with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
This document is essential for ensuring your exchange/return process runs smoothly.

Undeliverable Orders

If the shipping company cannot find you at your address, they will hold the package at their nearest branch for a specified period.
Packages not collected within this period will be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reshipment requests.

International Shipments

  • Domestic shipments within Turkey are handled by Yurtiçi Kargo .

  • International shipments are made via PTT Cargo .

  • Your tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS after your order has been shipped.
