Distance Selling Agreement

Buyer: Seller's www.lalumierebebemaison.com The person making a purchase through the website is the ("Buyer").
The buyer's information is included in the form they filled out before placing the order.


2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement is between the Buyer and www.lalumierebebemaison.com This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the specifications, sales price, and delivery terms of the products ordered electronically.
This contract is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


3. Product Information

Product specifications, sales prices including taxes, and delivery information are listed on the product pages.
The buyer reviews this information, places an order, and confirms it electronically.


4. Delivery

The products will be shipped to the address or person specified by the Buyer.
Delivery and production times are subject to the conditions stated on the Delivery and Shipping Policy page.
Shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer before the order is placed.


5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify the Seller via email or WhatsApp within the specified period.
Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Consumer Rights Regulation, Article 15):

  • For products that are custom-made or modified (for example, products made with names, to size, or with a specific color choice),

  • For products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The seller will refund the buyer's price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


6. Product Returns

Return and exchange processes are carried out according to the principles stated on the Return and Exchange Policy page.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in cases of company error.


7. Payment

Payments are processed via credit/debit card through Iyzico's secure payment infrastructure.
The seller does not store payment information; transactions are protected by Iyzico's SSL encryption system.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the consumer arbitration boards or consumer courts in the province/district where the Buyer resides or where the Seller resides.


9. Entry into force

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this agreement.
